Mark Ditmanson grew up in Harrison and graduated from Harrison High School in 1997.  Mark received a Bachelor of Science in Education from Arkansas State University and earned a Master of Education from the University of Arkansas. Before he became a principal, he taught middle school science for the Lead Hill School District. At Forest Heights, Mr. Ditmanson plans to continue to implement Harrison School District's mission to maximize the learning and achievement of every scholar.

Hannah Rosson was born and raised in Harrison and graduated from the Harrison School District in 2005. She earned her Bachelors of Science in Education in 2009 and Master of Arts in Teaching in 2010, both from the University of Arkansas. She is currently working on her Building Level Administrator Certificate from the University of Arkansas.  She taught in the Little Rock School District for seven years and was nominated as Terry Elementary's Teacher of the Year in 2014. She was a fourth grade teacher in the Harrison School District for five years before becoming the Assistant Principal for Forest Heights and Skyline Heights. She is a proud Goblin who cannot wait to continue to carry on the tradition of excellence.
